Centrally located in downtown Birmingham, McWane Science Center offers a wide variety of spaces, spanning over 60,000 square feet of exhibit halls on four floors, that you can mix-and-match to fit your requirements. Our covered parking deck with private entrance provides for easy access for all event guests. Facility rentals include (but are not limited to) the following:

-    Use of McWSC chairs and tables (variety of shapes and sizes) for banquets, receptions and meetings
-    Variety of state of the art Audio/Visual equipment
-    Use of McWSC dance floor
-    Use of McWSC podiums
-    Lighting options based on facility rental
-    Video conferencing capabilities
-    Public Wi-Fi
-    Set-up and clean-up from McWSC Staff
-    Use of McWSC pipe and drape
-    Directory signage
-    Trashcans and service throughout event
-    McWSC Event Staff on hand for entire event
-    Use of McWSC linens and skirts with use of McWSC catering (small cost with other caterer)

Items are based on McWane Science Center inventory and vary depending on event facility rented.

To make your McWane Science Center event even more unique and spectacular rent one of our adventure halls for an after hours function. After hours adventure hall prices start at $1200. After hours adventure hall rentals with event facility rentals start at $1000.

McWane Science Center offers a 30% discount to established nonprofit organizations. Proof of 501(c)(3) status may be requested.
