What impact can $10 have on the life of a child?

$10 enables a child to attend McWane Science Center for a day of educational exploration - an experience that can ignite a life-long passion for learning.

McWane Science Center's Power of 10 campaign raises money for the Access Scholarship Fund. The fund ensures that students can benefit from world-class science learning experiences, regardless of financial means.

For every $10 you give to McWane Science Center's Access Scholarship Fund, one child will be able to visit the Center for a full day of educational learning. $100 will allow 10 children to attend, while $1,000 will cover the cost of admission for 100 children.

McWane Science Center will hold your contribution in a special account to pay for visits by young people who might not be able to afford the price of admission otherwise. Upon your request, McWane Science Center will provide a full accounting of the subsidies provided by the Access Scholarship Fund.
