Backyard Adventures: Visit our newest travelling exhibit before it’s gone on April 29. From the biological interactions between plants and insects, and the zoology of nocturnal animals to the horticultural know-how that goes into growing giant vegetables, the mathematical genius needed to lay pavers and the feats of construction that can go on in the shed, the backyard is full of science.

Grab your hat and hold on to your socks, and get ready to enjoy the wacky and wonderful world of Dr. Seuss. Join us as we celebrate Dr. Seuss’s Birthday with a special Little Lab at 10:30 in Itty Bitty Magic City and cart programming throughout the day.
Seuss themed programming will be going on throughout the day in the Adventure Halls, including: make-and-take Alabama Wildflower Seed Bombs and Bartholomew and the Oobleck (slime making).
